The olive harvest for the year 2024 has been completed! Although the yields were lower than in previous years due to exceptionally high temperatures and drought affecting the region, the quality of the olive oil this year is outstanding. The dry conditions during the summer impacted the quantity of fruit, but resulted in oil with a rich flavor, full aromas, and pronounced fruitiness. Given the lower yields, it is possible that the price of olive oil this year will be somewhat higher, but it is certainly a premium quality oil that will satisfy even the most discerning olive oil enthusiasts. This year brings an exceptional product, albeit in smaller quantities, which will undoubtedly justify every cent invested.
