The modernization of the olive mill and machinery began in 2022, and after a three-year process, we have finally replaced the entire technology of the machines in the mill and increased its capacity to 5 tons per hour! In collaboration with Ferri SRL, we have equipped a completely new facility with top-notch Alfa Laval machines, and we have started processing using the most modern technology and equipment in the field of olive farming from the 2024 harvest!
