Olive Oil Mill

The San Antonio Olive Oil Mill has opened its doors for olive processing.

Olive growers, process your olives at one of the three most modern mills in Europe equipped with state-of-the-art Alfalaval machinery for olive processing. The mill has a capacity of 5 tons per hour, and the oil processing itself takes one hour. Your olives will not wait for processing; they will be processed in the shortest possible time, within 8-12 hours after arriving at the mill. High technology enables cold processing, achieving maximum oil quality, higher polyphenols, a greener color, greater yield, and most importantly, obtaining exclusively your oil!

After harvesting, bring your olives to the San Antonio mill; we will carry out the processing in the shortest possible time with minimal waiting. We accept quantities starting from 10 kilograms for processing.
